Hi, I’m Jaki.

I listen for the strengths and truths you carry, even in the midst of pain, and I help you explore the patterns, emotions, and beliefs that shape your life. I believe in creating a therapeutic relationship that feels safe enough for vulnerability, honest enough for growth, and supportive enough for you to step into new ways of being.

My areas of focus include relational challenges, life transitions, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I provide Telehealth and in-person weekly sessions for adults, couples, and adolescents in Washington State.

Jaki’s Therapeutic Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and responsive to the unique experiences and needs of each client. Whether you are addressing past wounds, navigating present challenges, or envisioning your future, I offer a space grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect. I draw on therapeutic approaches that honor the whole person—your stories, relationships, identities, and inner experiences. My work is informed by person-centered, narrative, somatic, liberation, and existential frameworks, and I also integrate parts work through Internal Family Systems (IFS) and an attachment-based perspective.
